United States forces on Tuesday traveled to Middle Shabelle to deliver weapons, including heavy weaponry, to the Somali National Army.
The delivery showcased the United States’ continuing support to its partners combating terrorists who threaten regional stability and the lives of both Somalis and Americans.
The Somali National Armed Forces remind terrorists that they cannot hide from the reach of Somali Security Forces. “We will eradicate terrorist elements and sustain counter-terrorism operations until lasting peace and stability are secured across the country”, US said.
